Kaidi spent over twenty years in banking leadership, including as Branch Manager at Santander and won Bank Manager of the Year, before founding Synergise Coaching in 2018.
She has completed over 2,600 coaching hours and brings a rare combination of real-world leadership experience and coaching expertise as a supervisor, bringing a masterful coaching practice to every client relationship.
She works from a garden office in Cornwall, coaches globally, and believes that the people who are most stuck are often the ones who are closest to becoming who they are meant to be.
